The Ford Courtesy Transportation Program (FCTP) is a service offered by Ford dealerships like ours that provides customers with a Ford car, truck, or SUV while their personal vehicle is receiving scheduled maintenance at our dealership. The Ford vehicles issued to customers as part of this program are referred to as Ford Service Demo Vehicles as well.
